Different staff each call.for weeks with no results

I have never been more frustrated in my life. I interviewed and it went well and I was told they they had a few clients who would be intrested in me. Here I am weeks later..and they claim their clients are busy and that they haven't returned their calls.Then they call and ask me if I am interested in other oppurtunities that just came in to the office..and the client needs people right away and will be doing interviews right away..So I say "yes I am interested..but never hear anything again. I will recieve contact from a specific person who instructs me to call back the next morning if I dont hear back from them...yet someone else will answer the phone and not let me speak with the person I am calling for and says they will send them an email. I am very frustrated and sick of being passed arround between the whole staff of people..and I am sick of hearing promises that they have clients desperate to hire..yet the client never returns their calls...if that is the case then why even hire a staffing firm if you are not going to try to actively hire or interview.I should not take weeks..and not a single interview with a client!!!!!!
